It looked really nice when I first got it, so I was happy at first. But after only a few uses, it ended up breaking. Maybe I just got a faulty one, but I feel like it should have held up longer, right?

My order itself turned out fine, but getting help from customer service took way too long. I ended up sending two messages before anyone got back to me. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but my gut says support should be quicker when someone actually needs help.
